We wanted to introduce our first ever paste, the Bengali Sylhet Kari! This absolutely sumptuous paste was lovingly created by Alfa, our amazing mum (the Spice Master). 

What's more, the Guild of Fine Foods awarded this beauty with a star at the Great Taste Award's and expressed how they found this to be "a fun paste - giving warmth and spice".

This is a magnificent paste comes with luscious amounts of cumin, tomato, zesty tamarind, aromatic spices, and was inspired by the colourful, bustling streets of downtown Sylhet, Bangladesh, an absolute paradise for street food fanatics like us.
