There are many variations on this classic tipple, but our luxurious chai latte recipe hails from the wondrous (Grand) Bara Bazar in Kolkata. The city has been a spice trading hub for centuries, and the local Chai Wallahs (tea sellers) chant the words Garam Chai (hot tea) endlessly as they serve cups of joy by the thousand.
