This coffee hails from the legendary Tarrazú Cooperative, famous for its phenomenal beans and is grown by 30 producing families of the San Luis Community. The cool mountain climates, volcanic soils and shady fields are perfect for creating the red cherries that give that bright citric acidity, and creamy mouthfeel. Some say they’re the best beans in the world – especially the coffee vendors in nearby San Marcos.
